Senior Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site operations for multiple retail projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

• Manage and motivate site teams, subcontractors, and direct labour in live retail environments.

• Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety standards.

• Monitor project progress against programme, quality benchmarks, and budget.

• Coordinate daily activities, logistics, and material flow efficiently.

• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate site records.

• Liaise effectively with clients (e.g., Amazon, M&S representatives) and project managers.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager on national retail rollout projects.

• Essential experience managing construction in live, operational retail environments.

• Experience with large superstructure projects is a significant advantage.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid at Work certifications are essential.

• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with paid accommodation provided.
