Job Description

We are working with our client to help recruit a Sales Order Administrator.

The position involves being on the forefront of customer services, talking to clients, taking orders, processing them and giving a continuous support role in the whole process. Our client is looking for a dynamic person who is able to work in a small team but being able to be work independently as well.

The Role

As a Sales Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the sales operations, ensuring customers receive exceptional service. You'll be responsible for:

  • Order Management: Processing sales orders and coordinating delivery schedules to meet crucial deadlines.
  • Customer Support: Resolving customer queries, managing returns, and providing outstanding support that keeps our customers coming back.
  • Sales Growth: Working with customers to understand their needs and promote complementary products and special offers, helping to shape their product mix and maximise sales.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with our sales representatives, accounts, and operations teams to resolve any issues and ensure a smooth process for our customers.

Skills & Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A track record of learning new products and understanding their applications.
  • Experience in a product-based industry is a must.
  • A self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach to your work.
  • A keen interest in continuous improvement and a drive to learn and grow with the company.
  • Proven ability to maximise sales and profitability through upselling.
