Our client has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Architectural Technician to join a well-established architecture firm, in a permanent position. As the selected candidate, you will be expected to work on-site, with flexible working hours, from our client's office, located near Liverpool. Within this position, you will be responsible for a variety of Commercial, Healthcare, Defence, and Education projects.
-Competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
-Produce accurate technical architecture drawings and specifications for a variety of Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and Defence projects, across all project stages.
-Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, clients, and designers to ensure that all designs align with the project specifications.
-Conduct quality assurance, compliance, and design reviews, ensuring that all work aligns with current regulations and policies.
-Coordinate project schedules, visualisations, and documentation, allowing for efficient planning and construction to take place.
-Locate potential design risks, concerns and challenges and put forward solutions and rectifications, whilst supporting value engineering.
-Conduct site visits and meetings, ensuring that the project aligns with the plans and specifications, whilst also coordinating with stakeholders.
Requirements:
-Previous experience as an Architectural Technician, or a similar role, within a design or consultancy field.
-Solid technical background, with an understanding of software tools, such as Revit, CAD, and/or BIM, with a strong understanding of drawing principles.
-Strong understanding of current building regulations, detailing, and construction methods and strategies.
-Effective communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with engineers, contractors, and clients.
-Sound organisation skills, with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage several concurrent projects.
