Right to Buy OfficerTemporary - 12 MonthsFull TimeLocation: Wigan / HybridThe RoleAs a Right to Buy Officer, you'll play a vital role in managing Right to Buy and leasehold matters, ensuring legal compliance and high-quality customer service. You will be the key point of contact for tenants and leaseholders, guiding them through the process and helping them understand their responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the lead contact for all Right to Buy and leasehold enquiries
• Provide clear and accurate guidance to customers on their rights and obligations
• Manage shared ownership sales, staircasing, and resales
• Ensure accurate calculation and validation of service charges
• Support the collection and monitoring of service charges
• Coordinate meetings related to leasehold matters and service charges
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legislation and council procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

The CandidateWe're looking for someone with:

• Experience in leasehold management and/or Right to Buy processes
• Strong understanding of leasehold and Right to Buy legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in administrative and IT systems
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to travel across Wigan Borough if required

The Contract

• A flexible, hybrid working model - 2 days per week in office
• Temporary - 12 month initial contract with potential for extension
• The pay range for the role is £27.00 to £30.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £23.02 to £25.58 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
