Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist tradespeople as required.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial setting is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
