As part of a close-knit team in Plymouth, you will carry out Building Surveys, Defect Diagnosis, Party Wall matters, and Project Management duties for prestigious clients throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Due to continued success and expansion, they are seeking a Building Surveyor (or someone working towards MRICS) to join their growing Plymouth office, supporting senior partners and contributing to exciting, high-value projects.

The Role:

Undertake Building Surveys, Defect Diagnosis, and Party Wall matters on a range of luxury and heritage properties.

Support the Building Surveying Partner and lead Assistant Building Surveyors on active projects.

Carry out design work and project management tasks from inception to completion.

Work collaboratively within a sustainability-driven consultancy with a strong local presence in the South West.

The Person:

Building Surveyor or currently working towards chartership.
