Contracts Manager

An existing client of Sphere Solutions, are looking to employ a Contracts Manager with immediate effect.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple simultaneous projects in and around the Bristol area.

The ideal candidate will come from a Commercial background rather than Housing, due to the nature of schemes that my client will be targeting. For the foreseeable future, these will be high rise and multi story accommodation / residential / mixed use developments

Degree level qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid is essential.
