Architectural Technician
Location: Hampshire
Salary: 30-36,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Work closely with architects and senior team members to deliver projects from concept to completion.
- Liaise with external consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant planning, building, and environmental standards.
- Contribute to the smooth delivery of projects across a variety of sectors.
Skills and Experience:
- Sufficient experience in an architectural practice.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (experience in BIM workflows advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
