We are recruiting for a Cherrypicker to work on a construction site in Theale, Reading area, on behalf of our client who has a nationwide presence.

Telehandler roles and responsibilities:

• Pre-operation and safety checks
  
  
• Machine inspection:
  
• Before each use, conduct a thorough pre-use inspection of the cherry picker to check for any damage or malfunctions.
• Stable surface:
  
• Ensure the machine is parked on a firm, level, and stable surface before and during operation.
• Weather conditions:
  
• Be mindful of weather conditions, as high winds can make operation dangerous.
• Clear communication:
  
• Maintain clear communication with anyone on the ground or in the platform.
• Emergency preparedness:
  Be familiar with emergency procedures and how to use the equipment safely in all situations.
  
  

Telehandler requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Valid IPAF
• Full PPE
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Telehandler

Telehandler Benefits:

• 18 - 18.50 ph
• 7.30am -4.30pm
