Traffic Marshall / Gateman

ITS are delighted to be working with a leading residential builder to recruit a Traffic Marshall/Gateman for an exciting new project inWestgate on Sea, Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and safety-conscious individual to join a well-regarded team on a busy construction site.

Responsibilities:

• Managing site access and egress for vehicles and personnel.
• Directing site traffic safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with site health and safety regulations.
• Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring proper documentation is in place.
• Supporting deliveries and material movements on-site.
• Assisting site management with general tasks as required.

Skills & Experience:

• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket (essential).
• Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site.
• Valid CSCS card (essential).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused.

Role Details:

• Start Date: Immediate
• Location: Westgate on Sea, Kent
• Project: Residential new build
• Pay: £15 - £16 per hour (CIS pay)
