Our client, a well-established contractor based in Southampton, is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. They specialise in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects, with a strong focus on high-quality hotel renovations across the South of England.
Role Overview:
You ll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and tender submissions, working closely with the wider commercial and project teams. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in commercial refurbishment or fit-out, ideally including hotels or other high-spec interiors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings and specifications
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
- Supporting the pre-construction and project delivery teams
Requirements:
- Estimating experience within commercial refurbishment or fit-out
- Strong attention to detail and cost analysis skills
- Confident reading technical drawings and tender documents
- Good communication and organisation skills
