We re partnering with a fast-growing Renewable Energy Contractor forecasting £10M in revenue this year, delivering high-impact, sustainability-focused projects across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership, influence commercial strategy, and play a key role in driving the company s continued growth within the clean energy sector.

Salary & Package:

  • £80K + full benefits package

The Role:

As the Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you ll take full commercial responsibility for multiple renewable energy projects from contract negotiation through to financial reporting and final account.

This is a hands-on, business-critical position offering genuine influence and the opportunity to shape commercial processes and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and agree client contracts (with Commercial Director support)
  • Own and manage supply chain contracts and performance
  • Oversee forecasting for business revenue and margin
  • Manage and mentor a Junior Quantity Surveyor
  • Ensure robust cost control, CVR reporting, and commercial compliance
  • Support strategic decision-making to optimise business performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor (Senior or Project level)
  • Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (JCT or NEC)
  • Experience within renewables, M&E, or infrastructure sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
