Job Description

Vision for Education are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join a successful and friendly 11-16 co-ed School in Horsham as a groundskeeper. Reporting to the Site Manager, this role is to undertake a range of Maintenance and ground works to keep the site maintained, lockup duties for evening/weekend lets, and working with the current team for caretaking grounds and decorating work.

Your aim will be to deliver a quality service in a school which sets and expects high standards. To be successful in this role you will need:

• to be enthusiastic and well-motivated

• to have a flexible attitude with the ability to use your own initiative

• the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team

• an enthusiasm for outdoor work and DIY

Experience in a similar role is not essential and an apprenticeship opportunity may also be considered for the right candidate.
