Electrical Estimator
Location: North West, Nationwide Visits
Salary: 60k + Package (Negotiable)
Type: Permanent / Full-Time
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established contractor specialising in commercial, industrial, residential projects projects across the UK.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for producing accurate and competitive electrical estimates, working closely with the pre-construction and project teams to deliver successful tenders and ongoing cost support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed electrical estimates from drawings and specifications
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
Review tender documentation and identify risks or opportunities
Assist with value engineering and cost analysis
Support the project team during handover and early project stages
About You:
Background in electrical estimating within construction, fit-out, or building services
Strong technical understanding of electrical systems and installation methods
Excellent communication and commercial awareness
Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
