Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential development. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen ability to manage office tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent phone etiquette and the capability to perform data entry tasks accurately. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the site while also engaging in upselling opportunities to enhance our service offerings.

Duties

  • Manage daily operations of the site, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise administrative functions, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication with clients.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports on site performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organised office environment conducive to productivity.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a managerial capacity.
  • Familiarity with Yardi software is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Previous and consistent experience in residential developments is essential.
