A well-maintained residential development of 70 apartments in Victoria is seeking a professional, approachable Live-In Building Manager. This role blends front-of-house presence with hands-on building oversight, supporting a community of long-term residents and students. The building offers secure parking, a residents' gym, communal gardens, and on-site management, and is known for its well-kept facilities and welcoming, long-standing community.

• Be the first point of contact for residents' enquiries and requests

• Oversee building security, safety, and cleanliness

• Respond to emergencies (alarms, lockouts, urgent maintenance)

• Coordinate contractor visits and inspections

• Keep accurate records (residents, contractors, parking, gym access)

• Manage gym and sauna facilities (under refurbishment)

• Conduct regular inspections of communal areas and plant rooms

• Report building issues, health & safety risks, or unauthorised works

• Carry out light maintenance (bulbs, small repairs, plant care)

• Friendly, professional, and confident under pressure

• Strong communicator with good organisational skills

• Practical and proactive problem-solver

• Comfortable using IT systems (Notion experience is a plus)

• Able to build strong relationships with a diverse community

• On-site accommodation with parking

• Long-term, stable role in a respectful and welcoming building

• Central London location - Victoria/Pimlico
