Civils Site Engineer / Surveyor

Large civils contractor with significant work in Somerset have the need for a Senior Site Engineer/ Surveyor with experience of Earthworks, infrastructure and RC Structures. With an immediate start for the right person, the duration will be approx. 12 months. The role will be Setting out and Surveying, producing surveys, producing accurate volume calculations etc.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with standard survey equipment and software and have experience of using machine control, CAD etc. Ideally you will have previous experience of surveying on large civil Engineering or earthworks projects and have a construction or Civil Engineering qualification to a minimum HNC.

The selected person will be part of a positive and professional team and there will be the realistic prospect of further work continuity and projects if desired.
