Hotel Maintenance Manager, Exeter 37k
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Manager for this 4 hotel located in Exeter.
This luxury boutique hotel has 60 bedrooms as well as a bistro, bar and spa area.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will be
responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of its facilities and the management of the maintenance team
forward thinking and proactive in planning ahead for maintenance services
instrumental in creating a preventive action plan
liaising with contractors, taking responsibility for health and safety on the property
work alongside the General Manager and management to ensure a high standard of guest experience is achieved

What we are looking for:
an experienced Maintenance Manager with a background of hotel maintenance
good leader capabilities - able to lead, manage and motivate a team
hands on (this is not an office based role)
a knowledge of electrics and health and safety are beneficial
attention to detail and a passion for fixing things
excellent communication and organizational skills
ability to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
