Electrician

I m working with a leading maintenance contractor based in Devon to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their team. You ll be working in occupied domestic and commercial properties, carrying out a mix of repairs, installations. Ideally, you ll be based in or around Exeter.

Duties will include:

• Responsive maintenance repairs
• Installing sockets and lighting
• Completing remedial works and fault finding

You will need:

• Level 3 qualification (e.g. City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable)
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance or repair role
• Clean UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Good communication skills and a professional approach
