Job Description
As Building Regulations Principal Designer, you'll oversee planning, coordination, and monitoring of Building Regulations across high-profile residential, mixed-use, studio projects-new builds, retrofits, HRBs and non-HRBs alike.
You'll operate at the convergence of regulation and vision, joining a growing team at a pivotal moment.

Requirements
12-15 years' experience in the built environment
Proven leadership in design development and regulatory compliance
Background may include:
o Technical architecture
o Architectural technology
o Plans checking or design management
o Principal Designer services under CDM 2015
Strong verbal and written communication, for leading and liaising internal teams as well as client facing advising on their projects
Meticulous in maintaining accurate digital records
Passionate about your work and improving the industry
