Electrician

We are currently looking for qualified Electricians to join our team for a large-scale social housing project in the Glasgow area.

You will be responsible for the replacement of 500 extractor fans across a portfolio of tenanted social housing properties. The work includes:

• Safe removal and installation of extractor fans

• Testing and certification

• Ensuring all work meets current electrical and building regulations

• Liaising with tenants where necessary

Electrician Requirements

• 18th Edition qualified

• Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card

• Experience in domestic settings, particularly social housing

• Own tools and transport preferred

• Ability to complete compliance paperwork and testing (2391 or equivalent desirable but not essential)
