Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager in the Peterborough area to work for a well-established social housing contractor. This is an on-going SIte Manager Freelance role, for a No1 Main Tier Contractor

THE JOB:

As a Site Manager, you will be required to manage a stream of Kitchen and Bathroom Programme, this scheme is done within occupied social housing, the Site Manager will be leading the stream of Kitchen and Bathrooms, and will be working closely with Site Management, Tenant Liaison Officers and labour force.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing trades operatives working on the kitchen & bathroom stream
  • Managing work completion
  • Monitoring materials
  • Reporting to the office with photos of any issues on site
  • Representing the company whilst working within domestic properties
  • Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard where necessary


In order to be eligible for the Site Manager role, you must:

  • Hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Gold or Above), Asbestos and DBS (which is done if successful in securing job)
  • Have relevant industry experience working on a Kitchen and bathroom stream
  • Hold a full UK driving licence, drive and preferably live within the Peterborough area
