About the company:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect or Senior Architect to join a dynamic and forward-thinking planning and design practice on a temporary basis, with the potential to move into a permanent position. The successful candidate will bring over several years' post-Part 3 experience, a strong technical background, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality design work across a range of residential and master planning projects.

This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative team, contributing to both small and large-scale developments, from individual housing schemes to complex urban extensions.

Daily duties
Producing detailed architectural drawings and design packages using Vectorworks and Revit to a proficient standard
Contributing to the design and development of residential and master planning projects
Preparing planning and technical design documentation
Coordinating with consultants, planners, and other project stakeholders
Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards
Supporting senior team members and providing input at various project stages
(Desirable) Producing visualisations using Twinmotion and Photoshop
(Desirable) Contributing to project management and technical detailing

The ideal candidate
Fully qualified Architect with more than several years post-Part 3 experience
Proficient in Vectorworks and Revit
Working knowledge of Twinmotion and Photoshop (advantageous but not essential)
Strong understanding of Building Regulations and technical construction processes
Experience in master planning and residential house design
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively
A proactive and adaptable approach, with enthusiasm for high-quality design
