Job Description
An ambitious Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is looking to grow its London office by appointing an MRICS Quantity Surveyor as Associate Director.
The Associate Director's Role
The business has a strong track record and portfolio of prime and ultra-prime residential schemes, and they are seeking a QS with a similar background - someone with proven experience delivering such projects.
Alongside project delivery, the successful Associate Director will also lead a Quantity Surveying team, mentor junior staff, and get involved in business development.
The Associate Director
- MRICS
- Quantity Surveying background
- Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- High end residential / ultra prime project experience
- Strong pre and post contract knowledge
- Client facing
- A proven track record of delivering high end residential projects
