Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established UK consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Bristol office. With big plans for expansion, this is a chance to take the lead on projects, work directly with clients, and help shape the QS offering in the region.

The Role:

• Lead and deliver cost consultancy and project management across commercial, industrial, higher education, and residential sectors

• Build and maintain client relationships and support business development

• Work closely with a small, growing team to develop the QS side of the business

Who We're Looking For:

• MRICS-qualified

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor with leadership or project management experience

• Strong commercial awareness and confident client-facing skills

• Ambitious, proactive, and ready to take responsibility and grow with the business
