Site Manager

We are recruiting for a Site Manager to run a 24 week refurbishment project based in Ascot, Berkshire.

The project is refurbishment of Changing rooms, Bathrooms, Toilets, Shower areas.

Due to the volume of bespoke joinery involved in this project Site Managers from a Carpentry/Joinery background would be preferred.

Site Managers duties will involve:

• Over-seeing of Subcontractors work
• Plan, Manage and organise daily site operations.
• Monitor Project progress ensuring deadlines are met
• Liasing directly with on-site based client,
• Ensure a high standard of Health & Safety is adhered too
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Oversee the quality of all joinery and construction work, ensuring it meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and snagging inspections
