We're been asked to find a Quantity Surveyor to join a 100m+ super-prime residential project near Sunningdale (Right from the start as well!) - a one-off project that redefines high-end.
We're talking craftsmanship so precise the snag list will need a magnifying glass.

You'll start with sub-contract procurement, then take full commercial ownership - CVRs, valuations, take-offs, the lot. Basically, you'll be the one making sure this beautiful beast stays on budget (without anyone noticing the magic behind it).
