Konnect are looking for a site manager to join a reputable main contractor based in the Kent area.
This contractor delivers large high-quality construction projects in sectors including leisure, commercial, education, healthcare and more.
Key Skills

Proven experience as a Site Manager on medium to large sized construction projects in sectors mentioned above.

Strong leadership skills: ability to motivate teams, make decisions under pressure, keep high standards.

Proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent organisational and time management skills.

Good communication and negotiation skills; confident liaising with clients, consultants and varied stakeholders.

Solid grasp of health & safety regulations and environmental/sustainability best practice.

Strong problem-solver: able to anticipate issues and resolve them before escalation.

Competent in project documentation, reporting and cost control.
Must haves:
- CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS
- Available references
Duration: Temp to perm
Salary: 70-80k DOE
