The Role:
We are seeking a Site Manager to lead a team of security engineers. The ideal candidate will have progressed from an electrician or fire & security engineering background into a management role, with hands-on experience in security installations. The term "Cyber" refers to the level of security systems being installed, so the role requires a technically skilled manager familiar with electrical and security installation work.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all activities on construction sites.
Understand project plans and determine time constraints for completion.
Identify required materials, manpower, and resources.
Supervise contractors and collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and team members.
Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, environmental, and safety standards.
Negotiate with contractors and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
Provide technical recommendations to improve efficiency and minimize delays.
Maintain accurate project documentation.
Foster a positive work environment and manage diverse personalities effectively.
Essential Competencies:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Engineer, Civil Engineer, or in a similar role.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of CAD software.
Valid driver's license.
Detail-oriented, hardworking, and solution-focused.
