Job Description

An established consultancy in Leeds is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a portfolio of public and private sector developments across Yorkshire. The Project Manager will be joining a high-performing team known for delivering mixed-use, healthcare, and residential schemes.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys variety and is capable of leading both new-build and refurbishment projects. The Project Manager will be expected to deliver end-to-end services and maintain strong client relationships.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will lead multiple schemes through all RIBA stages, taking responsibility for stakeholder liaison, procurement, contract administration, and project reporting.

The Project Manager
  • Degree in Project Management or related field

  • Chartered (RICS/APM) or working towards

  • 4+ years' UK consultancy experience

  • Experience in public sector frameworks desirable

  • Proactive and professional approach
