Site ManagerLocation: CambridgeContract: Full-time, Permanent
At Hill, we're building more than homes-we're shaping thriving communities and delivering real impact. As a Site Manager, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality developments worth £10m+, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:- Take ownership of on-site activity, delivering projects safely, on time and within budget- Champion quality assurance through SnagR and ISO systems- Lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and support trainees and assistants- Maintain exceptional site presentation and foster a culture of excellence- Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and client teams
What we're looking for:- HND or Degree in Construction or related field- SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety training (e.g. TWC, Scaffold Inspection)- Track record of managing multi-phase or mixed-use developments- Strong leadership, communication and forward-planning skills- Financially savvy with experience in budget control and reporting
