A well-established SME who are specialists in their industry near Junction 10 of the M5 - who are growing their team are now looking for a Senior Estimator to join their established team. This is a great opportunity to take a lead role in delivering accurate, competitive tenders on bespoke UK-wide projects. Working with down to earth like minded colleagues all working to ensure their reputation is held in the highest regards

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed cost estimates from drawings and specs
• Prepare and manage tenders, budgets, and bid submissions
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Conduct site visits and evaluate risks (not out of the office on the road regularly, so you wont be all over the country every day of the week!)
• Monitor project costs and ensure profitability

What You'll Need:

• Proven estimating experience in a construction setting
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Good understanding of project drawings and site conditions
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Based within 45 mins of Junction 10 (Gloucestershire)
• Willing to travel for occasional site visits (some overnight stays)
