Estates Manager

My client is a high performing School based across a number of sites in the capital and North London- they are seeking an Estates Operations Manager with Education experience to join their team.

Please note- only candidates with an education or college estates management background will be considered.

Anticipated salary for this role- £50K- £57K, depending on experience.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to-

• Oversight of sites for the School Leadership.
• Management of onsite estates and facilities teams.
• Liaise with contractors, central trust team and school leadership for ongoing projects.
• Work with existing site and estates staff to maintain site safety and productivity
• Consult with Heads and Teachers to ensure all work planning is completed effectively and efficiently, taking into account suggestions and ideas for improvements "on site"
• Travel to sites as required

Please note that this role will be on site with occasional travel to other sites.
