Introduction

Our client, a housing developer, is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to carry out snagging and customer care work on occupied properties across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Duties:

• Carry out snagging and customer care work on occupied properties.

• Perform a broad range of construction tasks including painting, patching, basic carpentry, and mastic work.

• Undertake additional duties such as plumbing and tiling where required (advantageous but not essential).

• Ensure a polite and professional approach when working in customers' homes.

• Travel to multiple job sites each day using a company van.

Requirements:

• Broad construction experience across multiple trades.

• Polite, professional, and well-presented when working in customers' homes.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Ability to complete between two and five jobs per day efficiently.
