Flagship mechanical PM role on a landmark theatre project with staged handovers and specialist interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own programme, quality and client-facing delivery

• Manage heritage-sensitive coordination and acoustic requirements

• Lead risk and change control and specialist supply chain

Requirements

• Experience running mechanical packages of 15m or more

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• CSCS and SMSTS
