Elect resourcing are looking for a Full Time Permanent experienced Document controller who ideally is experienced in working within the construction sector

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Document Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documentation, ensuring that documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. This role is crucial in supporting project teams and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Duties

  • Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant Stakeholders.
  • Implement document control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in document management.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits or project reviews.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely updates of documents.
  • Provide training and support to team members on document control processes.
  • Monitor document versioning to ensure that the latest versions are being used across projects.
  • Conduct Regular Audits to ensure Compliance and accuracy.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a document control or administrative role, preferably within a project-based environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to document control is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
