Location: Grays Inn Road, London
Rate: 350 to 450 per day

Project lead for the mechanical scope on a major city scheme. Work for an MEP contractor with secured pipeline into 2027.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical delivery from pre-construction through commissioning and handover

• Manage supply chain procurement, progress governance and risk and change control

• Own client and consultant interface with clear, timely reporting

Requirements

• End-to-end mechanical PM experience on large London projects

• Commercial acumen and leadership of multi-trade teams

• CSCS and SMSTS
