Earthworks Foreman / Supervisor

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of all earthworks activities on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The role involves managing plant operators and labour, overseeing cut and fill operations, and maintaining productivity in line with project targets. The foreman will liaise closely with engineers and surveyors to ensure correct levels and grades are achieved, monitor material movements, and verify compliance with quality and safety requirements. Experience with GPS machine control systems, reading earthworks plans, and managing bulk earthworks operations is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are key. SSSTS and CSCS card required
