Site Manager

EA Associates are looking for a Site Manager to join a well-respected main contractor delivering a high-end residential scheme in East London.

The RC frame is now up, and we need someone to take full control from this stage - managing everything from the empty frame right through to handover. You ll be overseeing the full envelope, internal fit-out, and all finishing works on a luxury apartment development.

The Role

• Take ownership of the site from frame stage onwards.

• Manage day-to-day operations, subcontractors, and programme.

• Drive quality and ensure the project is delivered to high-end standards.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager and design team to resolve site issues.

• Oversee all works through to final snag and client handover.

About You

• Strong background delivering RC frame residential or mixed-use projects.

• Experience managing envelope, fit-out, and finishing stages.

• Keen eye for detail takes pride in top-quality workmanship.

• Confident leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified.
