Experience in lime mortar pointing utilising various methods of finishing etc. Experience in lime mortar rendering / harling and in particular the use of Fagade 400 (Thermocromex) would be preferred. Comfortable and experienced with Working at Heights, on Chimneys and on various types of scaffold access. Ability to work within a team, on their own and correctly interpret instructions as well as basic drawings. Driving licence would be advantageous but not essential.
