Requirement: M&E Site Manager

Location: Melksham

Rate: 550 / Day (CIS)

Responsible for all Civil Engineering elements of work on site.
Responsible for all Civil SHES & Quality compliance.
Responsible for delivering Civils works as per agreed programme
Manage resource in line with the programme
Management of drawings as per SR135.
Responsible for ensuring all Temporary Works are highlighted in advance of the works
Managing all TW's on site
Drafting & reviewing RAMS.
Overseeing completion of QA documentation
Completion of As Built's
Chairing weekly SHES & coordination meetings.
Ensure all constructability issues are identified & rectified in advance of programmed works.
Responsible for ensuring that all plant & materials are on site in a timely manner to meet programme requirements.

Essential Skills

SR163,SMSTS, NSI 6&8 Full,2 Day HSG 47
Temporary Works Supervisor - TWS
3 Day First Aid.
Fire Marshall
