Traffic Marshall

• Direct and control the movement of vehicles and plant machinery on-site to ensure safety.

• Guide delivery drivers and ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials.

• Maintain clear communication with site management and machine operators.

• Monitor and manage traffic flow around the construction area to prevent congestion and accidents.

• Ensure all safety procedures and site rules are followed at all times.

• Report any incidents, near misses, or safety concerns to the site supervisor immediately.

• Valid Traffic Marshal/Banksman certification.

• CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).

• Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshal or similar role on a construction site.

• Good communication skills and awareness of health and safety procedures.

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions precisely.

• High level of attention to detail and situational awareness.

• Must be willing to help out and labour
