Senior Site Manager

I'm working with a residential developer in East Sussex who is looking for a Senior Site Manager to take a key role on their live housing scheme.
The essentials:

• Start: ASAP
• Rate: 350 per day CIS (negotiable for the right person)
• Potential to go permanent
• Project type: New build residential development
• Certifications required: CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid is ideal but there would be flexibility on this

The scheme:

• Mix of houses and flats

Who we need:

• A heavyweight Senior Site Manager with a strong leadership style and presence on site
• Someone capable of driving the programme forward
• This would suit someone who has worked at Contracts Manager or Project Manager level previously who is out work and would do this role in the medium term on a freelance basis.
