The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring all policies, procedures and management systems are implemented and maintained at site level. They must work collaboratively with colleagues in delivering the overall project. As a Site Manager you will; Ensure the construction departments primary objectives are met by the project team Work in a collaborative, positive and inclusive manner, ensuring you communicate effectively with all members of the project team.
