You will be working in teams of 3 made up of an operator, a driver and a labourer. As the labourer you will be required to help fill up the machines with aggregate and emulsion, put out road sign, sweep up repairs, use a wacker plate and assist with keeping the machine clean. You will be required to work away from the North East for 3-4 weeks at a time. Whilst away from home you will be put up in accommodation which is paid for by the company.
