Are you passionate about creating and maintaining safe, efficient work environments in a precision engineering setting We are currently seeking a dedicated Facilities and Site Co-ordinator to join our team at Davall Gears. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our facility s maintenance and development, ensuring we operate smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, plant machinery, and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety or maintenance issues proactively.
• Manage security services, groundskeeping, and maintenance contractors for optimal site operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations while maintaining risk assessments and emergency response plans.
• Develop and maintain asset and service records in line with ISO standards to ensure operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in facilities management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to oversee contractors and coordinate in-house maintenance effectively.
• Proficient in conducting site inspections and compiling reports.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
