Steel Fitter / Steel erector

Global Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced steel fitter to join our client s highly skilled team on a permanent basis.

Salary Up to £22 per hour + overtime (Dependant on experience)

Location Multiple sites in and around Glasgow

Suitable candidates should have the following-

• You must be experienced in all types of Fitting, Fabrication and Welding to a high standard with an emphasis on architectural steelwork

• You must have the ability to read from Engineering drawings and work on your own initiative in a workshop environment and on Customer premises.

• We require people who have good communication skills, a positive attitude and who are extremely flexible in their approach to all aspects of Engineering & their working hours.

• Supervisory/Leadership skills would be a distinct advantage but not essential, provided skills are to a high standard.

• You must have experience fabricating both architectural & structural steel

• Valid CSCS Card & IPAF (Must have)
