Are you an experienced road surfacing professional ready to take the next step in your career? Boyd Recruitment are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage road surfacing operations from estimation to completion someone who is not only skilled, but also ambitious and eager to grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress into wider responsibilities, including estimating, surveying, and commercial management. You'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of our projects, with mentoring and support from senior team members.

• Manage daily road surfacing works from estimating through to completion

• Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors

• Oversee labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor coordination

• Ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget

• Measure works and assist in project valuations

• Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations

What We re Looking For:

• Solid background in road surfacing and associated techniques

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Full UK driving licence

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, NVQs)

• A genuine interest in progressing into estimating, surveying, and commercial roles
