Site Manager South West London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + van and fuel card
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading contractor working within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for overseeing FRA works, external refurbishments, and SHDF projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
Oversee FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) works, external refurbishments, and SHDF projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintain high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources
Report progress and any issues to senior management
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the social housing or construction sector
Knowledge of FRA works, external refurbishment, and SHDF projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
CSCS card and relevant health & safety qualifications
