Industrial Flooring Engineer

Exeter 28,000- 30,000 per annum + Overtime + Bonuses Monday-Friday Permanent

Acorn by Synergie is seeking an Industrial Flooring Engineer to join our client's expert installation team. This hands-on role involves assisting in the safe and efficient installation of Industrial Flooring Systems (primary) and Industrial Pallet Racking (secondary) at customer sites across the UK.

• Assist with the swift and safe installation of industrial flooring and pallet racking systems in line with specifications and drawings.

• Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure installations are completed to client satisfaction and sign-off.

• Maintain a tidy and safe work area at all times.

• Adhere to all on-site health and safety procedures.

• Support teams on other sites when required.

• Practical, hands-on individual with strong attention to detail.

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to handle materials safely.

• Valid driving licence (trailer towing experience beneficial).

• Flexibility to travel and stay away overnight as needed.

Training provided (if not already qualified):

• IPAF.

• SIERS Supervisor Level.

• CSCS.

• Forklift and Reach Truck.

• Product-specific training.

• Salary: 28,000- 30,000 per annum, with clear progression opportunities.

• Overtime paid at 1.5x standard hourly rate.

• 50 overnight bonus.

• 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

• 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays).
